Can I have the test my doctor ordered at your office?
We provide some outpatient testing services for EEG's, EMG's, and Sleep Studies. If your physician wrote an order for these studies you can have them done here outpatient and we will send the results directly to your physician.
How can I request records?
If you are interested in requesting records for yourself or another physician please sign and provide a release of records form either in our office or theirs. Depending on the records requested a fee may apply.
